The Westin Resort Guam Tumon, Tumon

The hotel has good rooms that have been refitted but don't meet the standards of Westin or Marriott. The location is great for shopping and dining. The service was friendly, although there were issues with not sticking to promises. The dining experience was very good. Overall, worth considering for a stay.

The hotel's room was cool and comfortable despite the hot and humid weather in Guam, but the strong smell of mold/mildew upon entering was off-putting. The service was sufficient for our needs, especially during early morning hours. The location was excellent, being right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping.
